  I placed an online order at 1:42pm, with a pickup time of 1:57. I arrived at the restaurant at 2:15 to find my order not ready and the woman behind the counter had no idea what was going on. She tried to make me someone elses order then told me my order had already been picked up. She then went outside to find what I assume was the manager. He asked me what was going on then printed off a copy of my order and asked that I take a seat while he made my order. The restaurant was disgusting, the floors, walls, tables, and drink counter were all dirty so I decided to stand and wait. I finally left the restaurant at 2:27 only to get home to find two very thin sandwiches that were very hard and not made correctly. This whole time there were three young girls sitting at a table and they were the only customers my entire visit. I will not be returning to this location until they are under new ownership again.

  I was really disappointed by my recent experience. The employee preparing my sandwich blew into/onto his gloves which scattered everywhere, before handling the food, which completely defeated the purpose of wearing gloves for hygiene and food safety. As a dental professional, I’m very aware of how much bacteria can be spread through respiratory droplets, and it made me uncomfortable enough that I chose not to continue with my order. I hope better food handling and hygiene practices are reinforced moving forward.

  The owners are amazing!! The sandwiches are too!!! Everything is fresh and delicious.

  It seems to be a game for the staff to see how little they can put between the bun and still call it a sandwich. I used to eat here every Thursday night but it looks like the ownership has changed and the sandwichs have as well. The service is great but the food is not.
