  Had a delivery issue from Amazon. Stated it was delivered to an Auburn. I do not live anywhere near there. The lady this am at 8 was rude on the phone to me from the Windham UPS. I called to ask for help with tracking the package as I was unable to get through Auburn. The lady told me she had a customer and rushed the phone call before I could even ask my question. I will never use this location when that lady is there😒

  The hours are wrong for Saturday. Google says they're open 8:30am to 1:30pm, but they are closed.

  I live in Oxford ME. I had a metal shed delivered on 7/22/26. The guy parked at the end of the driveway, it’s a long one, and proceeded to carry the shed to the yard. I said you need a dolly and he said he had one but this was quicker. I said drop it right there it looks heavy. So he lets it drop to the ground from his shoulder!! Needless to say my metal shed has lots of dents in it!! Very unprofessional!!
