  3 Sandwiches, ALL WRONG!! Steak and cheese, no mayo....slathered with mayo. Veggie Patty....no patty?!!! Ham and cheese with mustard...no mustard. I worked at Subway in High School - IT IS NOT A HARD TASK TO MAKE SANDWICHES. Holy crap this place is awful.

  Ordered a Veggie Patty, extra olives for almost $13. I received this junk with no patty and very few olives. Go to the other Westbrook location and don't waste your $ here.

  I have been going to that Subway since it opened and I have never ever had a bad sandwich or bad service, I absolutely love that location and will continue going there and would recommend it to anyone and in my opinion the bad reviews don’t reflect on that Subway because everyone and everyplace have bad days but that shouldn’t be enough overall to condemn the place! I know I will definitely be returning soon probably for lunch tomorrow!!!!

  I have witnessed first hand terrible customer service 2 out of the three times I have been here...which both of the times that have been bad were on Sundays. Totally skipped taking a guys order while he stood there with his children waiting the first time...and gave a guy a teaspoon of cheese when he asked for more because the pan was empty. I know they had more, they refilled it after he left. The guys that work behind the counter aren't rude, they just don't appear to know what they are doing. The tables were all dirty also, I think I'm gonna go out of my way and drive to the Gorham subway from now on...super friendly customer service, clean tables, and good music from the attached coffee shop.
