    I use this store often. The staff is very polite and helpful. I would recommend this location every time.

    I don't like all the changes they made to this place. It's much smaller than it used to be. Used to be a quick go in and drop your stuff off and leave. I had to wait almost a half hour to get some packages sent. The employees were working the fastest they could but with all the different ways to send stuff now they had to keep leaving the desk, to go to the computer to check for stuff.

    Mail/returns/etc.. have always been a "chore" errand for me, but I can genuinely say that I never procrastinate now because of this location. The people here are SO kind and helpful, and make everything so easy. They answer every question and treat you like they know you. I've seriously never had an interaction there where I didn't leave smiling. Thank you, Waterville UPS store! Never change!!
