  They gave me somebody else's core I took a picture of it 3 minutes after I purchased it my mechanic told me to bring it out he would see if it would work when I get there I left it he called me back the next day and said it was a total wrong pump and then they almost didn't return it never put it in never put a stitch of anything on it me not being a mechanic I didn't realize they gave me a core instead of the actual product the guy Shane is a crooked man and then he lied to the boss I insisted on my money back and then he Banned Me from the store for life he was the most arrogant rude inconsiderate manager I've ever seen in my life I'm in the works with corporate right now to have them look at the cameras to hopefully stop with this Cricket store is doing because anybody else wouldn't have got their money back but I was very persistent and had picture proof very horrible store and horrible service

  I asked to get a dead battery changed out with a purchase. My answer..."With the snow today it may be challenging". Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

  This branch can't be bothered to answer the phone. My home town one in Rockland is great about it and always answers. Maybe these guys need to train with that store
