  Absolutely fantastic store! I needed to make several photocopies of a lengthy document. Brian and Joe were incredibly professional, helpful and friendly. If you are in need of making photocopies, I strongly recommend you visit this location and ask for Brian and/or Joe!

  Not really someone who leaves reviews but the service was so bad I’ll just mention here to anyone looking- the older gentleman with white hair- maybe Phil? I dunno- he just made the whole process of returning a pair of shoes excruciating. Not offering any help or telling me options or explaining anything. I don’t need someone to be super nice but not even an ounce of friendliness was shown by this individual. I ended up walking out because I wasn’t confident my package was going to be in good hands and I felt so frustrated that my very simple task was being treated like a massive inconvenience. I’ll go to a different store that doesn’t smell like cigarettes were cranking in there all day and I’ll find a location that has people who will treat me nicely.

  Fantastic store with exceptional customer service. I have had a private mailbox here for a while now and have all my packages delivered here (from all carriers). No worry of porch pirates or failed deliveries. I get a text when my packages are delivered and there is never a long wait to pick them up at the store. I tried something similar with a PO box at the Portland Post Office and it was a nightmare. Highly recommend this place.
