  Bought a brake caliper for my truck was given the wrong part. Brought it back and got what was supposed to be the right caliper put it on my truck was not working brought it back and exchanged it for another thinking it was defective. Put the new one on again still having issues. Replaced my brake booster and master cylinder still not working after spending money on more parts and paying a mechanic turns out they sold me a drivers side when I needed a passenger side. Bolted on looked right but would not work right. At this point I feel like for the time hassle and money wasted they should be giving me my money back for the caliper I will definitely never be buying anything here ever again.

  Never ever have parts you buy online. Between my son and I we've purchased parts and have gone it to get them and they never had them to sell in the first place them they take two weeks getting your money back to you. Drove 30 miles. Them associate said he'd give me a price break on some rattle cans he marked them down to $12 from $14 definitely didn't make up for wasted $20 in gas and not a only that harbor freight sells Same cans for $7.99!!! So pissed after seeing that. So we th their regular prices are almost double what what other retailers sell them for. Never ever going here or wasting time ordering parts again. I've said this before and regretted it following through every time you buy online they never have items in stock but they'll take your cash and tell you item will be ready in 20 min.

  Usually, the Customer service is great, except this last time I went in there to order a part for my truck. They had to order it so it would be there the next day. Go to pick up the part and come to find out it’s not the right part. It’s for a different year truck so now the guy tells me that he can’t return the part and give me a refund because I paid cash And it would make his drawer short apparently. Mind you I could’ve gone to a different store now and got the part so now I have to wait another Two days for the part to arrive. now I go there to pick it up again to be told it’s gonna be another day…… I’m just beyond irritated

  Well seeing that the website says that they close at 9:00 p.m. here it is 8:00 p.m. I got their 5 minutes before 8:00 in the doors are locked so much for trying to fix my emergency vehicle situation thank you so much Advance Auto you will never get my business again
