  Kirk was super helpful and patient scanning for the code to help diagnosis what issue I was having. . Car problems can be very stressful, and his calm, friendly attitude made a difficult day so much easier. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you Kirk for treating me with such kindness—I truly appreciate it!

  Needed a coolant bypass cap, they didn't have it in stock but I got there just in time for the cutoff for them to order it from their Biddeford store, got my product an hour later. Every other store in town was telling me it'd be 3 days before they could get me it. In total I dealt with 3 of their employees and all of them were extremely pleasant. Will definitely shop here again.

  I usually prefer to use Advanced Auto parts over the other parts dealers but from now on I’ll do everything I can to avoid this location.. the manager I believe her name is Amy is very hard to deal with and seems annoyed at your mere presence. She has been difficult with both me last week and my wife this week. Last week when she was seemingly annoyed at me the next customer (for whatever reason) she treated completely different. I’ll use AutoZone from now on or go to another Advanced location.

  I like going here. The manager and the employees do a great job going the extra mile for me, if necessary. Over time, the people who work have become my friends. It's hard to beat that.
