  I had something very important to fax and My boyfriend had to fax it for me since we wouldn't have time until the following week. We had never sent a fax before and it turned out to be a longer process than we thought. Then while it was processing my boyfriend had to suddenly leave because he forgot about an appointment he had. Stacy not only gave amazing service but went above and beyond with her generosity and took care of everything until he came back. My Boyfriend and I can't thank her enough! Stacy is fabulous!

  The local manager is in dire need of customer service skills. I wasn't going to post because I wanted to give him a "one off" but two weeks ago when I dealt with him he was rude, condescending and not customer service oriented at all. Today I was In again with important legal paperwork that I needed a copy of and he told me I would have to wait until all the other customers were helped first, even though there were two other employees. He made my copies but cut off all the page numbers and I asked him to redo it as I needed the page numbers, he said he would charge me again and it wasn't fair to the business if he printed them for free, even though it was his error. He have me a stack of paper and directed me to the self serve. A younger employee helped me as the other guy disappeared when I asked for his bosses name. Might want to consider letting him go. I read your reviews and a lot of negative ones about him.
