  I came here to get my fingerprints done for a new job clearance—was the easiest time I've ever had doing so. I wish I knew the name of the young man who helped me; I was very impressed with the staff! Was expecting a headache, but I was in and out in ten minutes. Highly recommend this place!

  wouldn't even print off a label for me when they scanned the bar code on my phone for an amazon return. stay away

  The best. Debbie is incredibly helpful and friendly and her staff is attentive and always happy to help. Rarely wait in line - such a better experience than the local post office. Well worth it.

  Crappy location and greedy staff, they don’t follow UPS policies. They tried to charge a $4.00 for a package that already had a pre-paid UPS label and everything. They said it was a mandatory “drop off feel”. This defeats the purpose of prepaid labels and a UPS store. If they try to do this to you refuse, it is against their Franchisee Agreement and prohibited by UPS Corporate.

  The UPS Store in Portland has been indispensable for our needs. We travel often, and our personal mailbox in the store comes with services that have proven vital to us. Because it's an independent franchise, they have capabilities that are unique to their location. They've been especially helpful and flexible in responding to some of the unique needs of our lifestyle.
