  I went into the UPS store with a package for my father for Father’s Day. I let the person at the counter know that I wanted it to arrive in time for Father’s Day. She said she could guarantee Friday night delivery. It is Father’s Day today and my dad said that the package didn’t arrive. I tracked it and it says it will be delivered tomorrow. I paid more shipping it UPS but thought it would be worth it. Next time I will go to USPS and send my package priority mail.

  AWESOME customer service! Dara was helpful & friendly. Very calm, and I never felt rushed. I had no box and was told they would take care of it...."don't worry"! I will be telling my friends about the UPS store at Northgate!!
