  A lifesaver location and customer service. When a crucial overnight package needs to be sent, this full service and shipping location is the place to go in the Greater Portland area. The customer service was exceptional, very efficient and professional but also personable. Took care of everything I needed and my package arrived the next day on time.

  I had an overnight package that required a signature, but I missed the delivery at my residence. I went to the local branch, explained the situation, and the team quickly assisted me by locating the tracking information and connecting me with the driver. Exceptional service, highly recommended.

  Got overnight shipping on Wednesday and they couldn’t deliver it till the next Monday. Tried to pick it up in person on Saturday but they are too lazy to go through and actually look for it.
