  Honestly, this FedEx has been a God send for all my print needs! Their staff (specifically Taylor) has really gone above and beyond in making sure my prints are high quality, priced well and printed quickly. I never expected such a high level of customer service, but trust me, I will be ordering all my prints at this location!

  I had the displeasure of using this store to mail back a tuxedo rental for a wedding I was a part of recently. I entered the store and it was the clerk, one customer ahead of me, and myself. The clerk told me that I could just leave my package on the counter if I was just dropping off. Since I wanted some sort of proof that my package had been dropped off, I asked if I could get a receipt. The clerk audibly sighed and rolled her eyes right in front of me. You would think that I had asked her to move a mountain for me. A complete lack of professionalism on display at this store. In the future if I am forced to used FedEx then I will find a different location.

  Very bad colustomer service...even the manager lacks the professionalism that would be expected....feels more like a high school hangout then what should be a professional business. Employees say things like, "yeah?" Instead of, "can I help you? " They finish their personal conversations while you wait...the manager sets the tone so of course the employees follow....
