  Customer Service Representative Renae was absolutely fantastic! Renae assisted me in reviewing all of my options to send my FedEx envelope from Maine to Maryland. Renae was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. FedEx is very fortunate to have such a fantastic employee. Thank you Renae!

  I was dropped off at the store on 4/27/26 around 6:35 pm. I simply ask the person at the desk to help me add something on some stuff I could print myself. He proceeded to tell me he can print them out all I needed to do is to send them. He left me and went to help someone and after that proceeded to tell me it’s too late he’s going to close and it will not be able to do it. No consideration, no sense of customer service and mind you, I uber to go there. Smh… Don’t go there if you cannot do things yourself.
