  Subway is great all the way around. They bake their own bread and cookies. Staff are friendly and best of all, you can get many healthy items to eat

  Went here today, picked my sandwich up. Mind you, I had a mobile order. It was missing this cheese sauce, which I ordered extra of both sauces (had two sauces on it). I got the sandwich, drove all the way home to find out that there was no cheese sauce and definitely not extra of the other sauce. I called after taking one bite to be told this, "Was it the cheese sauce? Yeah that was discontinued. I've been trying to contact the manager to have it removed." I asked one question. Why was I not told this during or before pickup????? "Thats a great question." No shit.

  Went in 10 minutes before closing, ordered 2 sandwiches, and got the best customer service from mark who was polite, cleanly, and made my food exactly how ordered. Overall good experience!

  I had a great experience at the Subway in Naples, Maine. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was spotless, which made for a comfortable dining experience, and all of the ingredients were fresh and delicious. It's clear the team takes pride in both their customer service and the quality of the food. I'll definitely be back!

  If I could give zero stars I would. The manager is so rude and nasty. They did not make our food right. We called. They hung up on us. My mom went down to the store to have them remake it, bringing the stale and cold sandwiches that should’ve been warm. The manager took the sandwich and refused to remake them, threw them away and refuse to give us our money back. Don’t waste your time going to this subway.
