  The guys at Advance Auto Parts in Machias need to receive 10 stars for their customer support and assistance. Yesterday my husband and I broke down a little bit down the street from this AutoZone and realized we needed a new battery. We walked down and the two gentlemen who were there were so helpful and kind and even gave us a ride back to the Truck with the battery. They were knowledgeable and helpful And we super appreciated after feeling somewhat stranded on Main Street with a dead battery. I highly recommend this AutoZone. We’ve been there a few times and have always been greeted very warmly and assisted as needed.

  We were stuck on the side of a highway about 36 miles away from this store, on a sunny, 90 degree day. We called for help and these guys knew exactly what we needed AND delivered our supplies outside of their delivery area! The district manager delivered himself! I can’t even imagine how bad this day would have gone without them and my auto handy husband!

  Needed a battery and they offered 3 choices. They were friendly and quickly installed my new battery. I had a NAPA battery that failed sooner than it should have. They will be my go to parts store from now on. I previously needed a screw for a bike rack and they helped me with that as well with the same professionalism.
