  My kid got an empty fountain drink cup by mistake instead of a water cup and they insisted they charge a full fountain drink price. He only intended to get the water and they would not budge.

  I have been going to subway for a Long time, the last few times I've been to this one, the sandwiches are skimpy, probably less then half of what I have been used to. Disappointing.

  Facility is clean and the food is what Subway sandwiches should taste like. Like most of us in society, people live busy lives and get 30 minutes to an hour for lunch breaks. STOP punishing your customers who order online by having to wait in line to pick up ready orders that should technically be on the pickup shelf that you dont use and haven't for a long time. Time is valuable. I'm sorry someone stole from the shelf over a year ago and you feel you should punish everyone who values time. PLEASE BRING BACK PICK UP SHELF so people can grab and go and continue with thier day.

  One of the last subways in maine berwick ..lost kittery wells biddeford they all going away ..this one is great as always fresh and yummy

  If you only want meat and cheese without a pound of shredded lettuce and other "fillers" the sandwich looks pretty meager. Ummm, there is an Amato's sandwich shop across the street. I'll pass.
