  This was my worst ever subway experience. I’ve been to Subway’s all over the country and not one has done me wrong except for this location in Gorham, Maine the employee working at the counter was looking at my son really weirdly and when I told him that I wanted a sandwich, he gave me a cookie which I did not appreciate my son felt very uncomfortable and I did as well. I will never come back to this subway, even if I was reborn again.

  Went in today for my birthday lunch with my daughter. Went to place my usual order - I have been ordering for years - BMT with Turkey instead of Ham. Besides being unable to hear the employees I was then told they could not do that, they could only do a Turkey and add the Pepperoni and Salami (i.e. charging me way more). I asked when that started and was told by the empliyee that he has been working at Subway for 5 years and its always been that way - not true (I actually worked at Subway at ome time) but ok was not going to let it ruin my day. Got probably half the meat that usually gets put on it, I know they are supposed to use a certain amount and this was way under. Got to the veggie station - foot long got 4 pickles, 2 pinches of onion and half a sandwich of banana peppers....ok definitely not standard practices for Subway. $31 for 2 sandwich meals that were half the actual sandwich I paid for. Left without making a scene because it wasn't worth it. Got home the bread was hard - like old bread that has sat out - not toasted hard, like old hard. We don't treat ourselves to eating out much but it was my birthday so I figured why not, wish I would've saved my money. Horrible service, horrible training, rude attitude....it is a shame because we live in such a small town....

  I just been this subway about closing time but those employees they take care me. Those guy's are doing a god job.

  This is the second time I have ordered online and didnt get what I ordered. I wanted double meat and cheese, I paid extra, I wont order from them again after the person I talked to said I was lying. I dont lie for 1, for 2 I dont like to complain. But this is ridiculous

  They are very skimpy on the shop. Only put four pieces of meat on a foot-long sandwich. I questioned it and he kind of got snappy with me. I won’t go to this subway ever again. I will continue to go to Standish where they do the right amount of meat on your sandwich. I mean the meat is Sliced so thin now it’s not even worth getting a sandwich
