  Today . I spoke with the manager of this subway. Explained that I paid for a footlong sub at the time that the computers were down. The manager said she was aware of that situation and that the owner was there at that time that the computers were down . I asked if I got a credit for that footlong sub. The manager said no and nothing can be done . Her unexpected attitude and disrespect was very unprofessional and disappointing.

  Service is usually fast and friendly, however, it can get pretty busy and the Subway app hardly ever works which is very frustrating when they're offering "order through app only" discounts or you'd like to skip the line. It's conveniently located in-town and now available for delivery through Doordash!
