  I made an order thru the app. I sat in the area for a while. I noticed the sandwich bag sitting next to their sink…. After 20 mins of waitin, I asked when will my sandwich be ready. Apparently the sandwich chilln by the sink was my food. She was waiting on the cookies to cook that whole time. I was handed my sandwich… Cold already. I was just really upset so threw it in the trash right in front of the worker and saying the food is cold. She didn’t seem to care. Not an apology or offer to make a new one. I did get the two cookies I ordered. But after it cooking supposedly for 20 mins, they were extremely under cooked. I wasted money and it was very upsetting. It’d be nice to get my money back or even a gift card to replace the waste money spent on food that went into the trash.

  Stopped in today, they were fast they were efficient, they were friendly. Will definitely frequent again. The two employees that were working this afternoon around 11:45 AM get to thumbs up.

  Very very rude and stingy with veggies I asked for extra sos and probably got less than normal. The young girl wearing see through leggings and very rude to my little sister who didn’t know what she wanted . Subway down the road so much better!
