  I was in the mood to try something new, I ended up ordering the southwest Chipotle steak and cheese. I asked for the sandwich to made as described in the menu no extras. I watched the person make my sandwich, clearly didn't know how to make it as she continued to turn around to look at the menu board. She asked if I wanted any veggies, I replied no, I want it exactly like the menu described nothing added. She even asked if I wanted it heated, well yeah it's steak and cheese. Maybe she was new? She went to wrap it and I asked what about the cheese? She said it's in there. I said I don't see it, she said she added to the steak before heating it. There was no cheese visible and non could be tasted. It was a poor experience, I would have given 2.5 stars but not allowed.
