  Kim in the Ellsworth Store was extremely helpful processing three Amazon returns for which I needed to have the labels printed. She was patient, professional and thorough. I appreciated her kindness especially. Thanks Kim!

  A family member brought precious family heirlooms to this UPS store in Ellsworth. UPS packaging was requested, because it's generally known that UPS, in general, does a good job, albeit expensive. The box this store used was literally a Wal-Mart box, made from the thinnest cardboard possible, not one of the sturdy ones that UPS sells. The items were loosely wrapped such that they rattled around in the box. Additionally, the box evidently burst open in transit, because it was taped closed very poorly. One piece was damaged. With the amount of damage the box sustained, it's a miracle it arrived with anything inside it at all. When the pieces were initially brought to them for packing and shipment, the clerk said something to the effect that they, "Couldn't do it right away - but next week." Their lack of enthusiasm was a big red flag. Worst UPS experience ever. Save yourself - there's a FedX store close by.
