Had a great experience here today. The manager and coworker went above and beyond to help us and get us on our way. True customer service!

I brought my key farm in a week ago because my Lexus read the battery was LOW! I purchased a brand new one & the young man was kind enough to put “new” battery in the case for me. 2 days ago it read that the key garb had a low battery. Unfortunately I did not have a receipt .And was “told there was nothing he could do”, by this employee. I was offended & taken advantage of . It should have been replaced with a new one since I had paid for a defective battery. I will never use this company! And this note says how non caring & corrupt they are here in Ellsworth on High Street, Maine!! Nancy Giannetti

I was provided with the least helpful service and advice I could’ve received. The guy behind the counter made a less-than-minimal attempt to help me, and looked like he wanted to be doing anything other than work.

I went to see about seat covers. They wanted $87 and I got the same exact ones for $55 at Wslmart.

Christy came out into the rain to try and help me change low beam -- she also checked that it was indeed the low beam that needed to be replaced! She was patient and helpful. In addition to that, I ordered the part while inside the store, and it was ready within minutes. Buying it online was cheaper because there was a coupon code that the low beam was eligible for.
