The food is old the green peppers have slime the bread cabnits are not clean idk what im seeing but there is black stuff on the doors the employees are quiet or noisy no in between the dinning area had multiple dirty tables and the soda was emtpy. The assistant manager is very loud and she doesn’t take customers seriously. I miss the old staff they have gone downhill. WONT be going back.
Young man taking the order had an attitude for some reason it seems, when ordering 2 simple subs. Didn’t toast the cheesy garlic as it’s supposed to be and had to be walked through what ingredients were needed, when told to make it how it comes.

I hate giving bad reviews.... but I got dinner for my family here tonight and 2 out of the 3 sandwiches were wrong. I had to repeat myself multiple times on what was on each sandwiche and still wasn't listen too. I had the Assistant Manager making my sandwiches and she would barley talk to you and just look at you. I ordered a couple footlongs and a kids sandwich. Besides not listening about what is on the sandwiches. She wrapped the footlongs in 2 different wraps. So instead of wrapping the entire footlong in one wrap I got 2 for one sandwich. So normally you would get 2 footlongs and a kids sandwiche, should be 3 wrapped sandwiches.... nope I got 5 wrapped half sandwiches! While the Assistant Manager was wrapping my order, all she wanted to talk about was she was in an accident and wasn't herself and she didnt realize that the wrapping for the sandwiches was big enough to wrap a footlong sub. All the years and many different location I have been to for subway and never had any problems. Maybe time to think about retraining your staff to listen to the customers and make the sandwiches the right way!
Besides the my daughters sandwiches the other 2 were definitely not the best they could have been.
Don't bother ordering ahead on the app with this place. You may as well plan to wait 20 minutes regardless.
I showed up at 12:22 to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready at 12:15 expecting to find it in the to go area but it wasn't so I waited by the counter and I did see there was three people in line but I ordered online so you would think they would prioritize that so anyways the guy eventually sees me and asked me if I was the mobile order and I said yes and he said oh yeah I'll have that right out to you and it looked like he was helping somebody else so I waited for a little bit but I had my 3-year-old in the car by himself so I had to leave and go sit in the car with my kid to wait so I come back in after waiting 10 minutes and he still hadn't even made it yet and everybody that was in the store had left so he made me wait a total of 20 minutes past the time and I had tipped ahead of time when I placed the order. I am very upset that I gave them extra money for making me wait 20 minutes let alone the food that was for my children and they had to wait all that time as well never ever going to come here again unless I want to stand in line and wait for my food .
I wish there was a way to take your tip back after the fact. In this economy food is expensive and you don't deserve tips for just doing your damn job so from now on I'm going to be one of those people who doesn't tip and it's too bad because I was always a tipper.
