  Too much bread and not enough protein. I know prices on food are skyrocketing but these sandwiches are too expensive for what you get. If you like good fresh bread, you will be quite satisfied.

  Whenever we order in store our service and quality of the sandwiches are wonderful, however, when doing mobile orders be wary. Yesterday, (5/11/26) I ordered a 12 inch turkey with cheese, veggies, & mayo on the app and when I got home I opened it and there was NO turkey! And it clearly stated it on my receipt, my confirmation email, the app, etc. I don't know why the mobile orders get messed up vs when you order in store. It was frustrating and I understand mistakes happen. I just wish that mobile orders would receive the same amount of care when being made if you were to order in store.
