  I stopped in to get a platter as appreciation to the local veterinary clinic North country vets, for emergency services. I was greeted by the lovely Alexis, Mia (owner) and Chris. Upon hearing my mission Mia gave me a discount of which I promptly returned in the form of a tip! Great folks!!

  Ordered online. App said it was ready. Got there and it was not even started. Was told they only had flatbread and wheat left. (Not what we wanted) so compromised and told them wheat was ok. Waited another 40mins and they ran out of wheat didnt tell us and just made ot on flatbread. Very aggravating.

  Completely messed up on my sub order. Gave me all the tomato ended. When I call to give a complaint they pick up and hang up on me. Worst customer service ever!

  The food is always fresh and delicious and the servers are always friendly but whoever manages this place needs a new job. One person should not be alone with a line and mobile orders. You couldn't pay me enough to work like that.

  I have never had bad service or food here however I don’t appreciate whoever is managing this store leaving only one girl behind the counter. This is a great way to make someone walk out!
