  “Changing shifts” was excuse to ignore customers and complain about whatever! Told us we could go elsewhere if we couldn’t wait for them to finish their conversation. Service from girl coming on was good

  I refuse to go to the Brewer subway after 4pm. There are two women that are so nice all day, but there's a woman in the evening that makes it unbearable to even be in there. She rushes, the food is sloppy and she has an ungodly attitude like she's doing you a favor. Why work somewhere if you hate people?

  Owner is kinda rude to employees but does care about customers experience. The employees are awesome!

  Drove out of our way taking a detour off the highway to stop here at 8:55 PM — well within the posted closing time of 9:30 PM shown on both Google and their own signage. The Open sign was lit. Still, we were told they were closed and couldn't even take a pick-up order. If you stop serving customers at 8:55 PM, please update your hours accordingly. It's a waste of people's time to rely on posted hours that don't reflect reality.
