  I cannot say enough good things about Advance Auto Parts in Biddeford. As someone who has spent years purchasing automotive parts and dealing with countless businesses, this location has completely set the standard for what customer service should be. Julian and Michelle are, without question, the best customer service representatives I have encountered anywhere in the state of Maine. Their professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help are unmatched. Every time I walk through the door, they go above and beyond to make sure I get exactly what I need. They don’t just sell parts—they take the time to listen, provide solutions, and make customers feel valued and appreciated. In a world where exceptional customer service seems harder and harder to find, Julian and Michelle have honestly restored my faith in humanity. Their dedication to helping customers is something that should be recognized and celebrated. They consistently exceed expectations and represent everything a business should strive to be. Because of the experiences I’ve had at this store, I can confidently say that I am a loyal customer for life.   Asked them to mix paint for me at like noon yesterday. They said that they will do it and call me by 5. They never called. When I called today it turns out the order wasn't even put in and they couldn't get to it until 4 hours from now. I called Napai in Westbrook. They told me that they can do it on the spot and it takes 5 minutes. Advanced Auto could not spare 5 minutes to make up for their mistake. Took no responsibility. Avoid!

  Store was clean and organized, met the manager Erik who was very helpful. Explained to him my son was moving in right down the street. As a GM with Advance auto from Pennsylvania I was very pleased and Impressed.

  While visiting the local Advance Auto Parts store located in Biddeford Maine I was greeted promptly by both Shaun and Tyler upon arrival as they both welcomed me to the store. I was then assisted by Shaun as he helped answer all my questions and concerns during my visit to the store. Overall both Shaun and Tyler were both very friendly, and helpful to me while at the store. I highly recommend the Biddeford Maine Advance Auto Parts store if you want excellent helpful customer service.
