  I’m a regular, well probably not anymore. This is the place in town I get lunch, or when I really am in a pinch to get food. Previous the employees were great. The girl with the black eye shadow and eyeliner was always amazing to me. But now? I order online, wait 15 mins then arrive, my sandwich is now never done on time. Today I arrived and they served a whole line after they knew my order came through previous to everyone and still made me wait 15 more minutes for my sandwich, I watched them make everyone else’s order and goof off together. I was frustrated, the kicker, my sandwich wasn’t even made right. So I waited 30 minutes for a 6 inch and it wasn’t even made right. I’ve never had this issue here until recently, probably about a month or so. I don’t think I will be a regular any longer I will find somewhere else in town to order my food. Not happy at all.

  This place is run by a bunch of clowns 🤡. I ordered online way ahead of time, got confirmation and another email when it was ready for pick up. The girl behind the counter took maybe 2 seconds to look at the orders behind her before telling me they never got my order. I displayed my email showing my order was done. Then another employee came out, asked my name, and handed me one of the orders that the other girl supposedly just looked at. What a waste of my limited lunch break. If you’re in a hurry, do yourself a favor and skip this joint. Call Bell The Cat, better food, great staff.

  Very slow, very rude and leave online orders for very last and ignore you when you try to inquire. Never go to this location !
