  I depend on the UPS Store for RMA's for our School devices that require repair, etc., as well as for personal use. The Broadway location in Bangor, ME is SUPER convenient for me, too! :-)

  So, why is it that every single time I have something delivered by UPS, this is the state of the package? This is exactly how it was set on my front porch, I didn't open this box. I can probably count on one hand how many times I've had something delivered by them that wasn't broken open, mangled or destroyed. What are your drivers and warehouse people doing? Why is this your standard? This is absolutely ridiculous. Any time I see that a package is being delivered by UPS I genuinely get upset because I know it's going to show up destroyed, missing something, late or all of the above. I wasn't going to put this greenhouse together yet because it's not warm enough to plant stuff, but now I have to take the time to put it together to make sure nothing is missing before it's too late to have a replacement sent. Your people need to do better. I can't be the only one having this problem every single time. I will absolutely go out of my way to make sure that nothing I buy or send is through UPS from now on.
