  I've been to this particular store 3 times over the last 5 years. All good experiences! The location is tough to get in and out of the parking lot because of traffic congestion on the street. But other than that, All good!

  Re-modeled the lobby for easier line flow especially in winter time. My only gripe making it a 4 star is vocational getting in and out. They should have waited and moved down off the main shopping center for better parking as its the primary Amazon and internet return hub also the only UPS packing store with the main facility just a warehouse unless thats changed over in Brewer? Still cant give a poor rating due to staff being patient and helpful every single time I came in or forgot my label occasionally l.

  Had a plastic boat windshield I needed sent to Davie FL , from Bangor Me 847.60 ! Went to Fed Ex in Bangor, 247.21 ! Guess I know where ill go next time , & all boxed up it weighed 14.35lbs
