  I ordered an BMT, but replaced the ham with turkey. The sandwich maker did an excellent job taking care to add the ingredients to my liking. Today it happened to be exactly what I needed. Every taste bud was firing and I was overwhelmed with flavor. Thank you the nice lady who took extra care with my sandwich today. It was exactly what I needed.

  Make sure you watch them make your sandwich. Don’t order delivery or for pick up. They’ll mess your sandwich up, call you a liar when you ask for a refund , then beat around the bush for a month on the refund. Then once you finally get it, they won’t even have fully refunded what they got wrong. They claimed my sandwich couldn’t have been wrong because “there was no other orders at the time.” It was indeed wrong, and thanks for admitting that you couldn’t even make a sandwich with no distractions. They also don’t pick up the phone. One day I had to call them for 40 minutes straight (at 10am mind you; not lunch or dinner rush.) Like I said, watch them make your sandwich or expect a losing game of roulette

  Went last wk ordered a club, 2 ppl ahead of me never once changed his gloves ,Even though I told him i cdnt have onoons or gp,. Got home and sandwich tested like onions n gp . Sooooo disappointed

  It's a normal subway but the person at the counter was polite and professional I did not get their name but they did a great job
