  FedEx is the worst. If I have an option to select a shipper, I will go with literally anyone else. Unfortunately, I don't always have any input into that and I continually have problems with deliveries to my house. The last three packages have not only not been delivered on time, they've either been sent back to the warehouse where they sat for a week while I had to continually call and complain until they finally delivered them, or they have been delivered to the wrong address. I will never willingly ship a package through FedEx, or have one sent to me by FedEx.

  Driver constantly places packages outside of area where we have asked them to be left to theft. Several packages stolen

  I have a package that requires a signature and was home both day the driver put a tag on my door. No knock, no doorbell ring no nothing. I ran outside and he keeps going. He drives to my neighbors and he drives by me while I’m beeping the horn. I understand they’re in a hurry but this is ridiculous. I’m staying home to revive my package and he has no intent of trying to deliver it. I’d rather pay more for UPS or the USPS than this kind of service.

  I live in over an hour away from the shipping center. Maybe four times now they have required a signature for things I ordered, and TWO OUT OF FOUR TIMES they have claimed to attempt delivery three times only for them to not have ever attempted delivery at all, or attempted delivery to the wrong address. I literally sat RIGHT BY my front door all day and NO ONE came, but they claim to have attempted delivery. TWICE this has happened. I don’t live near the shipping center and cannot afford to waste the gas/2 hours of my life to go get something that should have been delivered to my door, that I took time away from work to literally wait for. And when you try to call them, you get stuck talking to an AI loop that ignores you the first 4 - 5 times you say you want to talk to a person. If I could avoid FedEx altogether I would.
