  I had a prepaid paper that was notrisezed with a key for my insurance FedEx office was easy to find got a reciet for package . Insurance was told they would recive it in the morning . Lady at Desk was polite on a rainy day FedEx has many places in town to drop things off .

  Terrible service. Next day packages show up a week late, delivering packages to wrong address. Not sure how they are still in business UPS absolutely destroys them

  My delivery yesterday and today of tires were left in my yard not delivered to my front door and when we asked Zachary-michael (driver) about it just said oh well and drove away I would fire him if he worked for me I'm a 65 yr old disabled man who had to carry them up 4 stairs and in my house this is unacceptable Sincerely Donald Vaczy

  The first lady that helped me had no idea what was going on. She was unable to assist me with a simple shipment. I walked out of the store, waited a few minutes, and walked back in and had someone else help me. They were able to help me fast and without issue. Seems like there is possibly a training issue going on. Overall, not terrible, but it's a gamble on if the person helping you is properly trained or not.

  Worst delivery service. Important package was out for delivery, waited all day and night and never delivered. Called customer service for them to say nothing they can do. So frustrating!
