Their delivery driver brought a box to me asking if I knew the people. Did not, instead of taking it back it has been in the lobby for 3 weeks. FedEx won't take it back and to call them about it they want blood. It is THEIR FAULT THEY DIDNT' CONFIRM the address but just left it there. Proves they dont' care about their clients.

Fedex lost my package and I can't even get ahold of a real person to inquire about it
The worst. If the drivers are running late of have a lot of drop offs, they will create fake reasons why a drop-off didn't happen such as, "Delivery exception - Location security restrictions". We also caught them stealing ammo from a bulk ammo shipment. Bulkammo.c0m is aware and they were reported them to law enforcement.

FedEx drivers are doing there jobs right. They are only reading half the addresses and leaving packages at the wrong addresses. They see example of a 3 land a street address but dont pay any attention the apartment number. They when you correct them saying hey that is not our address or hey which apartment are you looking for They get an attitude with you and get but hurt. We shouldn't have to correct you on where a package goes. Fed ex. Do better. Specially if the address is number and an apartment number and you only see one mail box

I had a problem that could’ve been solved easily if there was a way to actually speak with a live human being at the shipment center But there is no way to actually accomplish that. Zero star review.
