  My boyfriend ordered for lunch while at work. Make note we've only had subway for the last 2 days as it's the closest thing to us. He got sent home and was DIAGNOSED with food poisoning. The Manager of this location (Bangor st) then argued with me stating that it wasn't possible and sent me on my way... Why would I want food from a place that can't take responsibility for that.

  Service was alright. My girlfriend happened to notice that the lettuce was slimmy. Go to checkout and i notice my total is saying something different than I was quoted. Asked if i was a receipt and i did indeed take one when i normally don’t to see what the difference is and why. On the receipt it tells me the total was originally $43.91. My total came out to $52.69 because the girl who rang us out added a $8.78. When i went back in to see why i was told they cant add their own tip. When i told them it never asked me for a tip they refused to do anything to fix it and pretty much argued with me that i was wrong and telling me i added it myself. I wouldnt tip $8 to make a sandwhich. It’s nice some people do but i dont. The right thing wouldve been to void out my order and re ring it and give me my $8. Beware theyre scam artist working in a sub shop. Never will visit again.

  Really disappointed. I don’t usually eat out, so I was actually looking forward to my Subway. I got home, sat down to eat my large sub, and the bread was so hard, dry, and flaky that I couldn’t even eat it. For what places charges now, I definitely expect fresh bread. Complete waste of money and such a disappointment.

  This review isn't due to the staff on shift. It is for the owner. You are failing your workers. The pop machines was leaking water on the floor causing a puddle of water. Also, the food isn't properly being kept at the right temperatures. Food such as rhe veggies should not be frozen to the baskets. Staff on shift were very friendly. I hope owner makes the correct fixes to this restaurant. I would not recommend until the fixes are made.

  The experience at this Subway is usually pretty good. The sandwiches are top-notch. The staff is sometimes pleasant to talk to, but honestly, I think it's because sometimes they're so busy and they are sometimes understaffed. That being said, the times I've talked with the staff, it's always been a pleasant experience. They welcome me with a smile every time that I've walked in, and the food is always fresh and enjoyable to eat. I would recommend coming to Subway anytime you're looking for a quick fix for a sandwich.
