    Here’s a strong but still respectful review you can post for The UPS Store: Very disappointing customer service today. I came in to return an item and forgot to print my return label at home. While I was trying to figure out how to email the label, one employee was very impatient and rude. The way he spoke to me made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers, like I was wasting his time just because I needed a minute to figure things out. I also had another item to return, and instead of helping me finish the process, he told me to wait for another employee to come from the back. When I asked why he couldn’t just continue helping me since we were almost done, he said he wanted to help other customers. The entire interaction felt disrespectful and uncomfortable. Customer service should make people feel helped, not rushed or humiliated. I hope management improves the way customers are treated here.

    The UPS store here in Wheaton supposed to be opened as stated on website. It’s closed. It’s 0946hrs and it supposed to have opened at 0900.

    I wish I could leave a lower rating because the person (didn’t catch the name) that helped me out on 1/29 at 6:45pm was, without a doubt, one of the most rude people I have ever met. No exaggeration. The person was huffing and puffing the whole time, obvious passive-aggressive attitude. A highlight of the interaction was his question if I had more packages as if I was the last person in the store or forcing him to work there or even being rude. I kept my manners, said “please”, “thank you”, etc. because his lack of basic decency gave me the impression he wouldn’t be above messing with my packages. It was a sight to see a grown adult have the emotional deregulation of a toddler. The receipt I was handed shows the time I got there and time I left - I was there a literal 3 minutes. This dude broke down and had no resemblance of professionalism over three minutes. Do yourself a favor and go to another UPS because this isn’t the first time I’ve had to put up with him; it isn’t worth the risk something happening to your packages because of a man-child throwing a tantrum over doing a job he’s being paid to do.
