  . “Very disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. I asked to use the restroom and was refused the key. The reason given didn’t add up, which was frustrating. I didn’t feel treated with respect. I hope management addresses both the service and restroom access.”

  The manager needs to talk to the lady who’s taking the orders in this location . She has no idea what costumer service means. It’s is definitely a terrible costumer service from this lady .this will be one of the last locations that I will be interested to visit.

  There was a Hispanic lady wearing a skirt that was so rude.Asked her for a footlong sandwich and only added two slices of cheese and said if i wanted extra it was charged when they sandwich usually brings 4 slices. And also said that I could only add two veggies and only one dressing nothing more or else it was charged extra. Kept telling me to hurry and make up my mind of what i wanted in my sandwich when there was no one else after me

  I have lived in the Silver Spring area for a 1 year+ and I have only come to this location 3x. I never really give out bad reviews but I am so flustered about what just happened to my wife and I that I'm writing a bad review. There is a spanish woman who is always disrespecting me going to this location. Today my wife and I ordered 2 ft long and in the middle of our service the lady was very impatient. I told myself to not worry about it because not only were we hungry I know of this lady's character. As soon as it came down to payment, all I wanted to do was put in my phone number for points. The Asian lady have mouth all to me on two occasions when I was trying to only put in my phone number. On the first attempt I nearly was ignored. On the 2nd or third time she mouth off about me not putting in my number the first time when it went away originally on the screen. I lost my cool and told her you know what I don't even have to pay for this food we're leaving. This lady told me that she will call the police and that she had video of me doing wrong doing. I was so upset that I called the police myself. This lady wanted to report me on my wife's birthday and all I wanted to do was eat a Subway sandwich. I am very upset.

  WORST STORE EVER! PEOPLE ARE RUDE NEVER READY NEVER OPEN ON TIME. LADY IS RUDE AND SPEAKS ABOUT CUSTOMERS IN SPANISH AS IF OTHER PEOPLE DON’T UNDERSTAND SPANISH
