  ASK for Rayvonne... If you ever stop in here, do yourself a favor and ask for Rayvonne. I've visited this store countless times, and I've truly never met anyone as genuinely helpful and attentive. His professionalism, kindness, and respectful approach to addressing our issue far exceeded my expectations. As a woman, it can often be difficult to find truly supportive assistance, but Rayvonne made the experience seamless and comfortable. I cannot recommend him highly enough…be sure to ask for him by name! ***LOOK at all the negative reviews predominately by women that were not helped at this location. An unfortunate trend!!***

  I bought a used jack stand from a thrift store, and it came as-is without the original box. While working under my car, I realized I needed some help because even at its lowest setting, the jack stand was still too high for my vehicle. When I asked about a return, they said no. The cashier told me to come back and speak with a manager anytime, but then immediately claimed there's no guarantee I'd actually catch them in.

  I had to get a new auxiliary battery for our Jeep. Ray helped me find it, was super friendly and professional. But the real thing that stood out was how when I came back later that night, Ray and Antonio helped me remove the oem screw connectors from the old battery (they had a spline-based head and i didnt have the right socket at home). These guys saved me a world of pain and hurt. Hugely appreciate it and will be back to this store for future needs.

  Love this location! My go-to spot! I’m on the go a lot and usually kids in tow, they are always so helpful; even bring my online orders out to my car if I call ahead on a busy Sunday. Great customer service!

  These guys are super nice, and they never try to upsell me. They even try to help me find bargains when I can’t afford a part. They tested my whole battery and alternator system before telling me that it wasn’t broken, just overheating. Would totally recommend to anyone.
