  I came in this morning to replace something, and Sisis H was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She helped me right away and made the whole process so easy. I really appreciate the excellent customer service! I highly recommend this place, especially Sissy, for the best service!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Advance Auto Parts location. I returned a pair of brake rotors that I had purchased approximately two weeks earlier because they appeared to be defective. I was there with my mechanic, and the manager, Sisis, immediately questioned whether these were actually the rotors I had purchased from the store. She said they looked old, worn, and rusted, and suggested that they might be my old rotors that had been replaced. I found the way she handled the situation very disrespectful and unprofessional. I had the receipt, and my mechanic was there with me. The rotors had developed problems after being installed, which was exactly why I was returning them. I understand that employees need to inspect returned parts, but there is a professional and respectful way to do that without making a customer feel as though they are being dishonest. She eventually agreed to exchange the rotors, but her attitude throughout the interaction was rude and confrontational. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when returning a defective product with proof of purchase. I hope Advance Auto Parts management addresses the customer service at this location.

  ASK for Rayvonne... If you ever stop in here, do yourself a favor and ask for Rayvonne. I've visited this store countless times, and I've truly never met anyone as genuinely helpful and attentive. His professionalism, kindness, and respectful approach to addressing our issue far exceeded my expectations. As a woman, it can often be difficult to find truly supportive assistance, but Rayvonne made the experience seamless and comfortable. I cannot recommend him highly enough…be sure to ask for him by name! ***LOOK at all the negative reviews predominately by women that were not helped at this location. An unfortunate trend!!***
