    They charged me $3.18 just to print a label. I'm okay with the charge with $3 is a gouge. If you want to be an Amazon drop off place you should have better customer service and shouldn't charge people just to return their items. When I do the same thing at Kohl's I get a coupon not a charge. I'll be doing my returns at Kohl's from now on
