He was very professional, courteous, patient, and helpful throughout my interaction with him. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure everything was handled properly. His positive attitude and willingness to assist truly made a difference. Andrew is a great representative of UPS, and I sincerely appreciate his outstanding service.   Associate Andrew assisted me and my elderly client in a kind and patient manner. We had a very large package to return and he came to the car with the dolly and brought it right in. He served us in efficiently and well, for which we are very appreciative.

  I had an excellent experience with the UPS store in Waldorf, Maryland. The representative, named Andrew was amazing. Such a polite young man and very friendly and very helpful during my visit. He was knowledgeable about how my package delivery should go. He was also careful when handling my items that I was shipping. He listened to me about my packages and answered my questions about how to ship the items. I also appreciate his kindness. He is professional and personable. Thanks for having such a wonderful employee!

  I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I thought it was appropriate. I went into the store to get information regarding the availability of box sizes, packing material and an estimated cost to ship somewhere. One person was behind the counter helping a customer while four young employees( I assume) were in the back talking and laughing, two of them had headphones on. I stood there for at least two minutes, waiting to be helped and finally one of the employees took the headphone off one ear walked out to the counter, looked at me and said, Yeah. That was it. Nothing like can I help you or any kind of greeting. Just a “yeah”. I asked for information regarding the sizes and cost of boxes. The employed grabbed a laminated piece of paper and handed it to me. I looked at it and then asked what kind of packing material do you have. He said plastic or paper And pointed towards the back room. Then I asked him what it would cost to send a specific size box to XXXX, approximately 8 pounds. This is not an exaggeration, it took the gentleman about three minutes, typing in the information and finally he writes some numbers down on a piece of paper and handed it to me. He said it would cost $157 for the box, packaging and shipping costs. At that point, I fully understood the kid had no idea what he was talking about. I looked at him and said well that’s not gonna happen, thank you and I walked out the door. Some of the worse customer service I’ve ever had.

  The staff at this location are always on point! There are friendly and welcomes each and every customer or potential customer as they walk through the door. They are knowledgeable and pretty accommodating, to say the least. You are pretty much in and out accompanied with great service.
