  TERRIBLE customer service. Everyone constantly has an attitude and stood around talking when I was waiting to be helped. No one greeted me or asked what I needed. Then when I told them I needed to pick up a package the woman wearing glasses rudely said “be right with you” as they continued to stand around talking. The heavy set bald man who I think is the manager was also rude.

  Disappointing experience. The young lady with box braids came across as uninterested and unhelpful when I asked basic questions. It felt like I was inconveniencing them. Customer service should be better than this. Date of event : April 30, 3026 & around 4pm

  I absolutely hate dealing with this particular store. I should have went to the other Waldorf location like I started to. Horrible, poor customer service from heavy set girl with the glasses, who was not at all friendly, polite, courteous or helpful. In fact she came across as being rude and unconcerned. Visited this location on January 27, 2026 to ship off very important time-sensitive documents via overnight shipping. Desperately needed package to arrive by or before January 30, 2026 which is what was to be expected with the overnight option. However, package did arrive not one, not two, but three days later (February 2, 2026) after it's anticipated delivery date. Very frustrated with this location as I felt they handled my shipment very lazily and carelessly.

  Very clean. The young lady was very polite and assisted me with my questions for making copies from an email image. Fast way to go.
