  TERRIBLE customer service. Everyone constantly has an attitude and stood around talking when I was waiting to be helped. No one greeted me or asked what I needed. Then when I told them I needed to pick up a package the woman wearing glasses rudely said “be right with you” as they continued to stand around talking. The heavy set bald man who I think is the manager was also rude.

  Disappointing experience. The young lady with box braids came across as uninterested and unhelpful when I asked basic questions. It felt like I was inconveniencing them. Customer service should be better than this. Date of event : April 30, 3026 & around 4pm

  They answer their phone, but they don’t talk to the customer waiting for an answer,.. they let you talk to yourself for an hour if you let them while they talk to other customers in and out the door,.. I guess I didn’t have the right sounding Voice
