  I feared for my safety. The floor manager got in my face when I requested an explanation behind their ONE DOLLAR per PIECE OF TAPE policy. Leaving quickly, the store manager accosted me in the parking lot! Yelling threatening profanity! I left! Should of called the cops. Be warned.

  The best thing I can say about this store is that they are consistently inconsistent. Today I asked them to package up something for me to ship. They told me that the person that does the packaging was not in today and that I would have to come back.

  Did not say that the crazy over priced boxes purchased are not returnable although in the same exact condition as I bought them. $40+ for 3 boxes yet $3 at Home Depot. Never will do business with these thieves again. And they couldn’t even begin to give me a correct price on an overnight letter.

  Extremely disappointed. I emailed in advance requesting printing, notarization, and shipping of a passport consent form and provided clear instructions because my sister has mild special needs. The notary misspelled both her first and last name, despite having her ID. When I raised the issue, I was initially told I could just correct it myself. After insisting it be fixed, only the first name was corrected, and I had to point out the last name was still wrong. The document was then shipped in soft packaging and arrived badly wrinkled. Finally, when I presented it at the passport office, I learned the document had not been properly dated. I paid nearly $60 for a service that now has to be done all over again. For a notarized passport document, these repeated errors are unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund.
