  My car stopped working when I was getting ice cream up the hill but I looked down and seen advanced auto parts when I got inside Jim was at the counter, ready to help me solve all my problems as JIM helped many other customers he led me to DAVON he walked up the hill with us and tested multiple different things we then realized I had no coolant we went back down to the store bought coolant, walked back up the hill. He showed me where it went he was extremely helpful and kind he was able to get my car up back and running within 10 minutes. No shame was given then once we got the car running we drove the car to the front of the store where he tested my battery telling me it was getting bad that we need to replace it soon he was informative and incredibly helpful and we will be returning for a new battery when the time comes

  DO NOT BUY FROM HERE EXPECIALLY ONLINE ORDERS. I placed a order for a mass air flow sensory that ran me $182.31. Days went buy because I was unable to pick it up. Then suddenly I got an email saying you picked up your order! I instantly called them when I read the email and said I did not get that item. They said they could not even look at picked up orders in the last 24 hours and I had to call back later. So when I did they said no it was signed for. I was at home during this time. I did not leave and I did not sign for anything. There was no one else able to pickup my order as well. They refuse to show me the signature or issue a refund. This is super sketchy I'm guessing their employees just magically pickup or have someone pickup orders that have sat for a few days.

  I got there right at 9pm on a Wednesday not realizing they were closing up. The two men were very gracious and helpful. They found me the Specific' platinum grade battery my car requires, so I didn't have to buy a jumper kit or get my car towed! Thanks, y'all saved the day!
