  We ordered 5 subs online to pick up in store and 4 of them were made wrong. We also paid more for extra meat on one of them and it was pretty bare. Pretty disappointing!

  I’ve been sitting in their lobby for over 40 minutes waiting for a mobile order. The woman with the brown ponytail is the slowest person I’ve ever seen. This is ridiculous. One of my last visits my meatball sub also had mold in it. Don’t waste your money.

  Ordered on the app an hour before close. They voided and canceled the order-assuming they didnt want to reclean or something. Now I gotta wait almost a week just to get a refund!? If you are open till 9pm you serve till 9.
