  Sad sad sad. Yall need to either hire different staff or shut it down. Terrible customer service. Ordered online and went to pick it up a d it was wrong and trying to talk to the guy that is making the order is like talking to a 3 year old child. He ignores you and says nothing then gets upset when we spoke about how we was being treated. This needs to be handled ASAP. Or I will take this further than google review. I will get a health inspector involved and everything.

  Their service is awful, they will not acknowledge you even if you say hi first, they’re argumentative and rude. And you’re hit with a raw sewage smell as soon as you walk into the place. Why would I want to buy food from a place that smells like a rotted port a potty!?!?! I left before I even got the chance to order. Please avoid at all costs.

  Service is slow, food is not tasty. The worker is very rude and took 30 minutes to complete my mobile order, I even left and came back and my order was still not ready. The cookies are dry cold and stale. This place is a dump and needs to be shut down.

  The staff at this location have poor customer service. I have been working in the area and stopped in for lunch for my crew. The restrooms are under lock and key and they said only paying customers can us. I wanted to wash hands before I ordered, so once order was ready I could begin to eat my chips. The one staff person told me you have to send money first then had the nerve to shake the tip box at me when paying. The sandwich shop owners need to either retain staff or loose their franchise.
