I’ve always had a great experience at this location except for my last two times, workers are either drenching my sub in sauce or forgetting more than half of my toppings on me and my family’s subs, the workers are always cussing in front of the customers and being very very rude, or having ear buds in and singing their lyrics out loud and being rude when they can’t hear me due to their music😢

If this was a one time occurrence, I wouldn't bother leaving a review (plus i prefer leaving positive reviews), but I've had this happen exact issue happen multiple times now with this location. I ordered The Monster sandwich on app and ended up with some chicken sandwich with spicy sauce. I called and they said to come back, but the whole reason I ordered online to pick it up is because of my busy schedule. I don't have the time to back to get the sandwich I ordered.
Please do something and fix this reoccurring problem because I want to support my local subway. It's not like we have many food options in Taneytown as it is.
Now I know why my partner refuses to go there.
