    Unfortunately I was unable to dine here due to an inattentive employee watching a video on there phone. Go across the street and get a sandwich.

    So this past Wednesday I visited this location to get my mother a sandwich. I asked for a cold cut combo extra meat, lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers onions, mayo, and oregano. The lady serving me-i dont know her name, but she's an Indian lady and very rude. She tells me that I can only have 3 condiments on my sandwich except for veggie subs and then points to the menu board, claiming this is subways policy. Of course there was no such thing on that board, I read it. Plus I know same as everybody that the only time you pay extra at subway is for extra meat. But you can get as much condiments as you want. On top of her lying, she complained the entire time she was making the food. Obviously she is unable to handle making over sized subs. I tried to show her what to do as I previously worked at a deli years ago, and knew how to do it. She dismissed me and kept fussing and complaining. Then when it came time to pay, she tried to charge me extra for the extra veggies on the sub! Says to me next time she will make it a side salad instead. I caught what she was trying to do and told her she cannot charge me extra for the veggies. She tried to say that it's policy. There was another customer in the line with me, and we both shook our heads no, telling her she was wrong. You can get as much veggies and condiments as you want at any location in America. She knew she was wrong, so she back peddled and said she wouldn't charge me extra this time, but next time she would. To make matters worse, when I brought the food to my mother, she ended up unable to eat it because the mayo was sour! I dont know what kind of operation this lady or subway has going on. But if she could go so far as to try to charge me for extra veggies on a sub, how many other customers has she done this to? In addition, incidentally my mother had a run in with this same lady at this same location. Which I found out after I left. My mother got into an argument with the same lady a year ago, for the same issue. She complained about my mother wanting extra veggies on her sub. I dont appreciate someone trying to blatantly steal from me. Lie in my face. Treat me and my mother poorly, and not give us good food. And I fully intend on reporting her to walmart so they are aware. This subway is inside of their store, and are serving Walmart customers. Treating Walmart customers poorly as well. Something needs to be done. She needs to be corrected, and refreshed on subways policy. Also today, I called that subway to speak with the manager. The person who answered was the lady who served me. I asked for the manager, she lied and said they were not there. Then when she did not get her way with me, says she's been doing this 15 years and she IS the manager. Insisting the same lies she told me when I came there last week. So I will be contacting corporate.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Subway. When I placed my order, the employee only added one slice of pepperoni. I asked for more, and when I checked the food, I noticed the pepperoni looked discolored (red and brown), which was very unappetizing. I asked to speak to a manager, but the employee told me she was the manager. I then requested a refund because I did not feel comfortable eating the food, but she refused and insisted it was fine to eat. I also took pictures of the food as evidence. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I’m very unhappy with the service and food quality. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

    I want to start by saying no offense to the employees, but this location seriously needs attention from Subway management. Possibly terminate franchisee agreement. Based on my experience, the staff appears poorly trained and not following standard preparation practices. The food quality was very concerning. The tuna looked unusually pale, as if it had excessive mayonnaise mixed in. The ham did not seem fresh, and the vegetables were soggy and unappealing. Despite noticing these issues, I still decided to place an order using the advertised $6.99 deal, along with another 6-inch sub priced at $7.29. At checkout, the pricing was completely inconsistent. The total initially came up to $24, then changed to $20. When I questioned it, the employee called another staff member, who gave a vague explanation that the “sub of the day” had changed and that they could not override the system. I was then told I would have to pay $20, with only a 10% discount offered. This was frustrating, as the pricing did not match the advertised deal, and the staff seemed unsure how to resolve the issue. Between the poor food quality and the lack of clarity and training, I chose to leave without purchasing anything. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location, and I hope management takes steps to improve both food quality and staff training
