  I had a bigger package about 6 feet long and weighed 90 pounds. they did everything in their power to make it a bigger inconvenience for me. They made me ask the employees for one of the flat carts they use for fulfillment, then they made me drag it out to my car not once was I offered any help they were only worried about it being heavy and if it would fit in my car. Front desk clerk was an older man and was just kind of rude not helpful at all.

  Zero star. We felt the female clerk is unprofessional and racist. I already obtained the return shipping code, so I just need to bring my package to any FedEx location and show the code according to instructions. But she started questioning my husband, why the questions? Things should be all set!!he couldn’t understand due to language barrier, so she refused my package! My husband took the package to Walgreen, clerk processed it smoothly, no questions. Good job for FedEx in Walgreen. 👍🏻

  This is the closest FedEx to me. I drove 30 minutes to get here when they opened (everything says 9am) because I have to have the envelope I need and a be back to my town by 1050am and I walk in to it being closed with a sign inside saying 10am. UPDATE YOUR HOURS ONLINE!!!

  I love FedEx service agents because they are very nice and very helpful. You can be sure to receive step by step guide in assisting you for whatever you needed to get done. I love shipping with FedEx as a result of this.
