This location is way worse than in the 'hood' locations. Customer service was NOT in the building. At least in those areas the service is respectable.
We come in and there's a guy at the register. He goes to the back to get the guy to make the sandwich. This guy had food ALL in the corners of his mouth. So I feel since we interrupted him eating he was a little disturbed. Which is why you have breaks.... WE spoke FIRST, not them. The tone he used while asking what we wanted on the sandwiches even though we told him beforehand he was distracted having us repeat multiple times what we just stated. This was our FIRST and LAST time here. Trust and believe. NO ONE works HARD for their money to be treated like our money isn't good enough.

Dear Owner,
Kind staff but ... Please, PLEASE – PLEASE –ask your staff to follow the ingredients outlined on the receipt. I've ordered the same order three times to go now and each time I've gotten everything but what I asked for. And the insistence on toasting my sandwich when the notes say NO TOASTED at the top before starting the sandwich is beyond crazy.
I'll order in the store from now on but it's super inconvenient to have to do that.
