  I came in to pickup an uber eats order. It wasn't on the shelf, so I waited by the register to speak to someone. I lady came over and from the beginning just had bad energy and the attitude like she didn't want to help. I gave her the name of the order and she said she didn't have it. I told it was from Ubereats what time it was to be ready etc... She said if its not on her screen they don't have it and she cant make it. I'm like ok now what do I do. So, I called the person who put in the order and have them check on their end. Everything looked fine. We verified it was the right store and the order had process. I tell this to the young lady and she shrugs her shoulders. I ask so what would you suggest we do. She gave no suggestions. So I suggested we call Ubereats and I would wait in the car until I got a call back on how to proceed. I wasn't in my car two mins when I got a message saying your order was being prepared. I called my friend back and he said yeah Ubereats says its good to go call the store. So, I go back in. She's making someone's food, so I wait and when she comes over, she again asks what the name is and i give it to her. She sees it and says I'm making it now. I watch her angrily put these sandwiches together, put them in a bag and put them on the counter. No, I'm sorry for the mix up, have a nice day nothing. Just rude!! I guess she was having a bad day but thats no excuse to take it out on your customers. The positive side was everybody enjoyed their sandwich.

  My Food had hair in it the lady at the counter at first acted like she didnt care then was rude and didnt know how to refund me and wouldn't. Sandwich was not cooked all the way either.

  The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The ingredients were fresh and everything was prepared quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a really great and satisfied experience.
