  The staff here are so amazing! They are very nice and patient with you. They have everything you need here. Their communication was fabulous and if you need a UPS store to go to please come to this location!

  I love this UPS location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Sometimes the line is almost out the door and they are always efficient in getting everyone in and out quickly.

  After the location in DT Silver Spring allowed me to schedule a notary appointment without the notary public being there, this location saved the day. The clerk was very efficient and managed to hold conversation while juggling three different requests. He mentioned that they always have a notary available if I even need to return. Made my morning :)

  I never had an issue with this store before until today I went to the store to return a package and two guy employee was there talking. There was a very white looking taller guy, Thick in body that was very rude and clearly doesn’t have no customer service skill or he was just racist. I went in the store and I was there for like 15 seconds or 20 seconds, (in a hurry for work) waiting on them to finish there conversation. I waved to the older guy that was there and he (Mr. Rude) answered saying I should wait and if I don’t have any patience, I should go to another store. I was definitely there arguing with him until another Customer came in lighter skin And hair looking like his and that’s when he came up to that customer immediately saying “hello sir, how are you doing today? Therefore, I wasn’t a customer that deserved that kind of welcome to him and this UPS location need to fix that with this guy because he’s acting like he owns the place. He was very rude.
