  Still accepting people to walk in & fill out forms 10 mins before closing but then didn’t want to help once I came up to the counter. If you can’t input anything into the system right before, you need to close the doors or let people know prior to having them fill out paperwork.

  They don't provide you with a receipt, either paper or email, for anything. If you don't care about anything you send truly getting there, this is the place for you! I think ownership turnover occurred. It used to be an awesome UPS.

  Came for a notary appointment and was told the notary wasn’t there. After I paid for parking and drove here. Very disappointed. Was told they would call me when the notary is available. Why have available times for services that aren't available at that time?
