I'm here for a notary appt that was scheduled in advanced only to pay for parking and find out in person that the notary public won't be in until Tuesday. A phone call or email would have been acceptable and would have prevented me from rescheduling my morning around this. Gas is much too expensive for companies to not have basic customer service skills. Learn to communicate more effectively.

My experience was less than poor. The UPS working was rude and not willing to assist I am so surprised for this location because I have not had issues the years of visiting. Prices are climbing customer service was less than poor.

Visited twice to drop off packages and was refused a receipt both times. told me to take a picture of the label instead, which is not proper proof of drop-off. I had to go to another location where they provided a receipt without any issue. Basic service like this should not be a problem. It felt like he refused to provide a receipt just to save a piece of paper.

I came in to UPS Store 6378 9n Silver Spring, MD laminate one page. I asked for the 15% AARP member discount. I looked at my receipt. Due to my poor vision, I thought they had only given me a 5% discount. I showed them a page I had printed from the UPS Store website that said, "save 15% off eligible products and services." The older male employee who was on duty stated unequivocally that laminating was not an "eligible product or service." I later studied my receipt with a magnifying glass and saw that I HAD gotten the promised 15% discount. The employee acted like he KNEW what he was talking about, when he really didn't. He had ZERO credibility and ZERO professionalism.
The store manager responded to my post above, asking for more details. He/she did not identify him/herself by name. I asked what "tangible gesture" (i.e., a token gift card) he/she would offer for my feedback and inconvenience. He/she then "ghosted" me. So he/she wasn't willing to back up his/her alleged concern for addressing the issue.
