  Just had an incredible experience in The UPS store. I had a very large package to be mailed and it had caused me some unnecessary stress. Brandon, who works at this store, took charge and assisted me without me having to ask. How marvelous! I had no expectations, in spite of needing help, but am so thankful that I went to the "right" location. This is the best UPS store I have ever been to. Kudos to Brandon! You were a lifesaver for me today. I am so very thankful for your kindness, perception, and willingness to assist a customer. May you experience many blessings and much more success. Thanks again!

  Brandon went above and beyond to package and send an art print for me this morning. I so appreciated his attention to detail and his patience working with me, and I admired how he handled multiple customers with professionalism. Thank you so much, Brandon! Edit: just a quick follow up note for Brandon ... the recipient of the art piece was thrilled with how it was wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you!!

  UPDATE: I generally appreciate responses from business owners, but this one is so insincere and unbelievable. It wouldn't surprise me if it was automatically generated. And to be clear: The UPS employee was pretty unhelpful (although I'm sure he didn't make the policy). Go to FedEx Office instead. Y'all, this store tried to charge me $4 to print the UPS shipping label I had pre purchased online, including a "computer use fee" (despite the fact that I didn't even need to log in to the computer to print 😒). I walked to FedEx and printed it for 28 cents. The associate there was kind and so helpful.

  The people at this store are INCREDIBLY RUDE! Go to any other UPS. They refused to do anything helpful until I told them never mind I’ll go somewhere else. Then they refused to give me back my package. Later that day I saw that I had not received a confirmation from the original shipper and called the store and they completely dismissed my concern and hung up on me. Fast forward to weeks later the package was not received in tact and when I asked to speak to the “manager” on the phone he refused to give me his name at first and then proceeded to hang up on me twice. I’m telling you don’t waste your time with this UPS location.
